If you require a repeat prescription for your regular medicines you can re-order using one of the following options:
Send or hand in your repeat re-order form to the Disensary.
If you don't have a re-order form you can send a brief letter to the dispenser stating which drugs you are requesting.
Fax your request to: 01245 458 628.
Alternatively you can try our new facility by using this website to request your repeat prescription online. See the form below. Please only press SEND REQUEST once. A confirmation e-mail will be sent back to you; this can take up to half an hour to arrive. If you do not receive confirmation please contact the dispensary to ensure your request has been received.
Please allow 2 working days notice as your doctor must check all prescriptions.
If you supply a stamped addressed envelope, we will forward your prescription to you. A collection service operates in conjunction with the local chemists – ask your chemist for details.
At regular intervals the dispenser may request that you see a doctor before you can receive a repeat prescription. This is a safeguard to make sure you are taking the medicine properly, and to allow for any changes in use that may be necessary. This may seem inconvenient, but the doctors are acting in your best interest at all times.
