If you require a repeat prescription for your regular medicines you can re-order using one of the following options:

Send or hand in your repeat re-order form to the Dispensary.

If you don't have a re-order form you can send a brief letter to the dispenser stating which drugs you are requesting.

Fax your request to: 01245 458 628.
If you supply a stamped addressed envelope, we will forward your prescription to you. A collection service operates in conjunction with the local chemists – ask your chemist for details.
At regular intervals the dispenser may request that you see a doctor before you can receive a repeat prescription. This is a safeguard to make sure you are taking the medicine properly, and to allow for any changes in use that may be necessary. This may seem inconvenient, but the doctors are acting in your best interest at all times.
Please allow 2 working days notice as your doctor must check all prescriptions.
**IMPORTANT CHANGES**
You can now order your repeat prescriptions online again via Systmonline. In order to do this you need a username and password, you will need to come into the surgery to obtain this in person (proof of identity may be required). If you send a representative we will need your written consent. Please note that this username and password will give access to your repeat medication list.
When you have your username and password use the link below to access online ordering. Once you are logged in you will also be able to change your password.
