Did you know you can book appointments and order repeat prescriptions online? If you would like to do this, please collect an application form from the surgery for your user name and password. Once you have these, please visit the online booking page.
Booking an Appointment
If you need to see any GP for a routine appointment, please contact the surgery on the day you would like to be seen and an appointment will be offered to you for that day.
If you want to see a particular doctor, you will be offered the next available, advanced, appointment for that doctor. This may not be available for a number of days. You can book an appointment with a particular doctor up to four weeks in advance.
Whilst we cannot guarantee which doctor you will see (unless it is an advance appointment) we will try to accommodate any preference that you may have, if at all possible.
If you need to see a GP urgently, you will be offered the next Emergency appointment with the Duty Doctor that day.
Our phone lines open at 8am and we have three receptionists answering three phones. However as we experience a high level of calls first thing in the morning, you may be asked to hold until we can deal with your call. We appreciate your patience.
If you need an interpreter for your appointment please inform reception at the time of booking so it can be arranged prior to your appointment.
Once you have made an appointment it is important that you arrive on time, especially if an interpreter has been booked.
Appointments with a GP are 10 minutes long. If you require a longer appointment please advise reception when booking.
