Our online services system (Systm-Online) is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Systm-Online enables you to book appointments and request repeat prescriptions and medication.
If you wish to use this service you will need to register. For security reasons we will need to see proof of identity in the form of either a passport or driving license, or, two other forms of written identification, for example, recent (not older than three months) domestic utility bills or bank statements showing current address, birth certificate etc. You will then be given a printout of your username and password.
Forms can be handed in on any afternoon Monday – Friday. Registration takes up to 7 working days.

Manage your medication online
If you find it hard to get into the centre to order your next repeat prescription, Systm-Online could make your life easier, simply log-in to Systm-Online and view a list of the medication you have been prescribed.
Online appointments are not to be used to order repeat medication with the GP.
Manage your details online
You can change your email address and phone number details using Systm-Online. Change of address must be done at reception at the surgery. Proof of address is required.
The Systm-Online service has been developed, tested and accredited by Health and Social Care Information Centre. All personal information used by Systm-Online is secure and protected. Your information is only available to the staff at your practice that have the appropriate security controls, i.e. those managing appointments and repeat prescribing.
Since the change to Virgin Care we have continued to be treated very well. Reception staff nurses and doctors are excellent in our opinion.
